Good Faith Estimate
AgeSTRONG by Consonus Rehab complies with
all Federal regulations regarding Good Faith Estimates.
Clients who are uninsured or self-pay/private pay have the right to receive a timely estimate of the therapy service cost before the services are provided.
If you do not receive a Good Faith Estimate or receive a bill for $400 more than the Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to initiate a dispute. Please contact your therapist or the Rehab Director at your AgeSTRONG clinic. You may also reach out to us via email
