Contracting therapy services with Consonus means leaving behind the need to recruit, hire, train and manage your own therapy team. Our team of skilled therapists - more than 700 strong - provides consistent therapy coverage and flexibility in scheduling. All Consonus clinicians are trained in PPS management and reporting, CPT coding, MDS assessments and documentation, and RUGs-based care planning and tracking. Therapists receive in-house training regard the latest clinical advances. They also receive a generous allowance to attend external courses.

To ensure satisfaction, customer retention, and prompt resolution of issues, a system we implement with our customers is the Business Review process. This comprehensive process is facilitated most effectively when activated at the beginning of our partnership. Following a detailed rehab analysis of mutually identified objectives and benchmarks, such as RUGs and LOS management, part B development, clinical programming, and marketing initiatives, we will develop and implement a strategic plan. The Rehab Director and Area Director will work the facility team to oversee the established plan and continuously maintain strategic alignment and operational success.
